Yunbo Lyu吕允博

I'm a third-year Ph.D. candidate at Singapore Management University, advised by Prof. David Lo (ACM, IEEE, and ASE Fellow). My research takes a user- and developer-centered view of AI4SE tools (e.g., AI coding assistants): through empirical studies, I investigate what users really need from these tools and what challenges developers face when building them — and then draw on state-of-the-art techniques to address the gaps I find. Broadly, my work spans software engineering, AI, and mining software repositories.
